Welcome back to school everyone.
I know it can bee a busy time getting back in to the routine... Get to class as much as you can,, get your strips and get prepared for testing,  in the fall there are some tournaments comeing up so if you would like to participate let Shihan Bill know and lets get praticing.

This fall all blue belts and above are required to have weapons,, a bo staff to start, we will be working with them as we learn our first bo kata Shihonuke.
